Planner - (Birmingham)

Osborne Richardson is delighted to be working with an award-winning Planning practice to appoint an enthusiastic, capable and committed Planner for their team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be a good team worker and be driven, motivated and passionate about planning.

A highly regarded, independent practice that work on a wide-range of residential, commercial, renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

The role specifics

Day to day you will work within a friendly team, on a wide mix of schemes in and around Birmingham. The role will involve you assisting on pre-applications and planning applications, visiting sites, attending community engagement meetings – all while receiving support with your APC to become an MRTPI qualified planner (if you are not yet chartered).

Role requirements

All applicants must have an RTPI accredited degree or master’s for this role.

Reward

You’ll be offered a salary ranging between £27,000 - £37,000 per annum for this role.
