Contract: Temporary - Working Pattern: - Full Time/Flexible Hours

Hours:37 hours per week.

Vacancy Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Planning Services for someone who has an interest in planning and the environment and wants to get involved with the development of the new settlement at Dunsfold Park.

This role will support the technical and administrative aspects associated with the planning side of the development.  Starting at the pre-application and supporting the development at each stage through validation, decision making, discharge of planning conditions and obligations and, if necessary, appeal work. In addition, the role will provide valuable administration support to the Dunsfold Park Project Team.

To be successful in this interesting and varied role, you will need to be methodical and organised, be competent in the use of IT and committed to customer care.

On the job training will be given.  This could be an exciting opportunity for you to kick start your career in Planning.

12-month fixed term contract with potential to extend
