Job Details
I have a great opportunity for a mid level Project Manager to join a large regeneration developer with schemes lasting 20+ years. You will be working on one of their largest sites which is now on site with infrastructure in the process of being delivered.
You will procure the delivery team and take reponsibility for all aspects including: project cash flows, management of construction activites, tecnicial and commercial advice for land acquisition and sales, procure site wide utility and logistics strategies and feeed into planning applications with the development team.
