Planner/Senior Planner

Spruce Town Planning is a Planning Consultancy based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. We are looking for a part time or full time Town Planner to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in town planning or a related subject and at least 3 years experience in development management and/or planning policy  working in either a local authority or consultancy. Membership of the RTPI is preferred, or someone working towards membership.

The role will involve the preparation of planning applications and appeals, managing planning obligations and providing direct advice to clients. The job is based at the company office in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
