Planner – working with a highly-regarded, independent planning practice in Manchester. Paying £26k - £32k per annum

The role specifics

Day to day you will work within a friendly team, on various urban developments and mixed-use schemes in and around Greater Manchester - contributing to a wide range of planning applications and pre-applications. While the company focus on residential led schemes, they also advise on a wide mix of commercial and leisure projects. Therefore, maintaining an excellent understanding of policy and planning related matters within the North West region will be important in this role.

Role requirements

Ideally you will have at least 12 months of Planning experience, as well as an RTPI accredited degree or Masters. The company makes a conscious attempt to give all newly hired planners a great deal of trust with their work, while still providing adequate guidance. The organisation is regarded highly by many of its employees, because of the support and enjoyable working environment provided.

Remuneration

You’ll be offered a salary ranging between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum for this role, depending on the level of experience you have.
