About Us:

McCarthy Stone is the UK’s leading developer and manager of retirement communities. We have delivered over 58,000 homes in the UK, across more than 1,300 developments. We have received Five Star Award for customer satisfaction for 15 years in succession, the only UK developer, of any size or type, to win this award each year since it was established in 2005.

We operate in a growing market – in fact the UK’s fastest-growing demographic, with amongst the highest purchasing power in the country.

There is considerable opportunity for a more sophisticated approach to the market, via segmented offerings targeting customers in a focussed way, and an understanding that customers are buying a lifestyle, not just a property.
