Situated in award winning offices, adjacent to the new multi-million pound Rochdale Riverside retail and leisure complex and in the heart of the Town Centre, Rochdale Council’s Planning Department has recently received a commendation at the RTPI North West Awards for Planning Excellence 2021 – Public Sector Planning Team of the Year.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, hardworking and dedicated individual, to work with like-minded colleagues and to lead the delivery of an efficient, effective and proactive enforcement service within Rochdale Council. This will include taking the lead on the team’s performance, service improvements (including a new enforcement plan), dealing with complex enforcement investigations and appeals, and leading on S106 contribution monitoring.
