Job Details
Osborne Richardson is delighted to be working with one of the leading planning consultancies in the UK. The company’s Leeds office work on a broad range of projects on behalf of public and private sector clients throughout Yorkshire. They provide advice across the entire spectrum of projects from initial feasibility studies through to the submission of planning applications and appeals.
The role specifics
In this role, you will be provided with a wide array of clients, working mostly on a range of residential, leisure, commercial, education and mixed-use projects in the North of England and Yorkshire region. An ability to communicate well with landowners, developers and architects will be fundamental to this role. You will be responsible for providing clients with viable planning strategies in a comprehensive and timely manner.
Role requirements
Previous experience within a planning consultancy, developer or local authority will be pivotal for this role. Your understanding of the planning process, as well as your commercial awareness will be important. All applicants must have either an RTPI accredited undergraduate or master's degree.
Remuneration
You'll be offered a remuneration package ranging from £40,000 - £52,000 per annum for this job, depending on your level of experience. Additional benefits include contributory pension, health cover, travel insurance and variable holiday. The company annually review performance, giving employees the chance to receive pay rises when merited. The organisation additionally offers a clear promotion structure and there is a good opportunity to progress to Director level, within a short period of time.
