Planner (Placemaking)

We are looking for someone with a passion for good placemaking to shape and add value to projects and policy initiatives in the city centre and bay.

You will have a good understanding of placemaking policy and best practice and use this to take on a diverse range of project work. This will include:

• leading on departmental and corporate regeneration initiatives and projects, with a particular focus on city centre environmental enhancement schemes and policy work;
• taking a lead role in city centre performance monitoring work; and
• contributing towards the preparation of thematic and site-specific policies and guidance as part of the Local Development Plan process.
