Senior & Associate Planner

Laister Planning is looking for an experienced Senior through to Associate-level Planner to join their specialist team of consultants near Oxford or by working remotely!

Laister Planning comprises of a small established practice of experienced planning consultants, advising major operators in the leisure, tourism, commercial and residential sectors (with particular specialisms in visitor attractions and holiday/caravan parks). They help to enable their clients to realise their ambitious development projects across the UK!

About you

Successful candidates will have 3 to 5+ years’ experience in the tourism, leisure and caravan sectors within public and/or private organisations, including managing projects from initial conception through to successful conclusion, securing and negotiating planning consents and engaging directly with clients.

Candidates should already hold MRTPI status and an interest in planning law would be advantageous.

Whats on offer?

Salary: Associate level planner with an estimate salary between £45,000 to £60,000 (ideally with previous experience or knowledge of this the leisure/tourism/caravan sector).

For Senior level Planner with an estimate salary between £30,000 to £40,000 (experience can be slightly more wide ranging).
