My local authority client based in the Midlands, is currently seeking a DM Manager to join them for an initial 6-month contract.
 
In this role you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Development Management service including major developments, non-major developments, enforcement and technical support in order to provide an efficient and effective value for money service which meets statutory requirements and national targets, and which contributes positively to the future of the council.
 
They have provided me with the JD which can be sent out upon request.
 
This contract can be worked on a hybrid basis with some office work needed, but this can be discussed on an individual basis.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £600-650 per day
