Regeneration Project Manager

Our client is a local authority based in South East London which is seeking 2 experienced Regeneration Project Managers to join them for contract roles.

Our client has two major public realm regeneration programmes underway and these hires will assist in the efficient delivery of a number of new build and restoration projects in line with the Council's growth objectives. Reporting to the Programme Leads, you will be responsible project managing the delivery of a range of public realm, shop front and open space projects. These projects have already gone through the design, funding and planning stage and our client is looking for Project Managers to take them through RIBA stages 4-7.

Applicants for this post should be degree educated in either Surveying or Planning and have a proven experience in project managing the delivery of public realm regeneration projects, including working with developers and the local community. You will need experience of working within a politically driven organisation operating at a senior level with elected or board members and you will a strong knowledge and knowledge of legislation pertaining to businesses, and especially of regeneration.

Experience of leading on public realm regeneration projects must be clearly demonstrated on your CV.

These roles will initially be offered for 3-6 months but are expected to be extended beyond this. The day rate offered will be between £450-£500/day Ltd Umbrella and these roles are inside IR3535.
