Based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our vibrant and progressive Development Management Team.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for the effective monitoring, enforcement and collection of monies relating to all Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) to ensure prompt receipt and release of monies. You will also be required to analyse and interpret complex information, and provide advice to stakeholders of all CIL matters.
You must therefore have experience of managing and implementing CIL legislation in the UK, a track record of achievement in a comparable role and have the skills to deal with complex strategic infrastructure issues.
We are looking for a flexible and adaptable candidate with a can-do attitude and a track record of working on a range of infrastructure areas who can share our excitement for delivery on the ground. So, if this sounds like you, we would welcome an application from you.
We will value your contributions, give you access to free healthcare cash plan and benefits, offer a very generous 25-31 days holiday package (rising incrementally each year and exclusive of public bank holidays) and give you the option to purchase additional annual leave days tax-free. We will double your monthly pension contributions, and have family friendly policies.
