The Role:

The Strategic Applications Team manages the largest applications in the rest of the borough, including large regeneration schemes in Canada Water, the Aylesbury Estate, and Peckham.

About You:

You will manage your own caseload of complex applications, including large residential and commercial schemes in a dynamic and exciting part of London. You will guide developments to deliver economic and social benefits to our residents while ensuring they meet the highest level of environmental standards.

Our commitment to you is to invest in your learning and development, from our regular in-house training seminars to more formal learning in the form of management qualifications and external training, for you to develop your career.

Additional Information

  • 36 hours Monday – Friday, Full time
  • This is a permanent position.
  • DBS check is required for this role.
