Senior Planning Officer

Salary range £33,860 - £37,249 per annum, plus market factor supplement of £3,500

What we are looking for:-

An experienced Planning Officer to assist in the preparation of the Three Rivers Local Plan. You will help achieve the objectives of the Council by providing planning policy expertise during public consultations, committee meetings and working groups. You will provide advice to Officers and Elected Members in Planning Policy matters, ensuring appropriate regulations are met. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the planning departments land use and local plan monitoring capability.
You will need to hold a full valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

Salary range £33,860 - £37,249 per annum, plus market factor supplement of £3,500
