Senior/Principal Consultant

Salary: A competitive salary will be on offer dependent upon your experience

Location: Midlands/North West office base, working on projects across the UK

If you have a passion for delivering quality places and are a talented and creative qualified planner, with at least 4 years post qualification experience, we would like to hear from you. Hyas is a busy and expanding consultancy, recognised as providing sector leading support on the planning and delivery of a wide range of exciting projects across England, including new settlements and new communities.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a Town Planning degree / masters (or similar).
• Is a Chartered Town Planner (or working towards).
• Has previous experience of working with large scale residential projects either in terms of delivery, policy writing or working on planning applications.
• Is a good team player, able to take responsibility for delivering outputs and liaising with clients.
• Can deliver focused and creative solutions to problems.
• Can contribute to the development of our business.
