Position: Experienced Planner (Town Planner, Senior Planner, Principal Planner, Planning Director)
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits

Responsibilities:
As an experienced planner, you will be involved in a wide range of projects, contributing your expertise to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities may include:
·Project planning and management
·Conducting research and analysis
·Liaising with clients and stakeholders
·Providing strategic planning advice
·Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
 
Requirements:
·Previous experience as a planner, ranging from Town Planner to Planning Director level
·Strong knowledge of planning principles and regulations
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
