Strategic Sites Planner, 37 hours per week

Salary Grade 8 - £36,648 to £40,221 per annum (pay award pending)

We are looking for an individual to appraise and determine the most complex forms of pre-application, planning applications and appeals. You’ll also support the Major Projects Manager in the delivery of key sites in the district and to lead on the case management of strategic site delivery and to liaise with the Planning Policy Team for monitoring of the progression of those sites.
