Job Title: Senior Town Planner

Location: Lower Peover (Just outside Manchester), United Kingdom

Company Overview: I am currently working with a leading planning consultancy based near Manchester who specialize in providing innovative solutions for urban and rural development projects and are looking for an experienced planner to come in and join their team as they continue to grow!

Key Responsibilities:
·Conduct research and analysis to support planning applications and development proposals.
·Prepare planning documents, reports, and presentations.
·Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:
·Relevant degree in Urban Planning or related field.
·Previous experience in a planning role.
·Strong understanding of UK planning regulations.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Experience within Rural Planning
