My Local Authority client in the Home Counties is looking to source two experienced Town Planners to join their DM Department.
 
Duties:
·All aspects of work required to deal with and process planning applications. This will include undertaking site visits, liaising with applicants/agents, preparing written reports etc.
·Will be using the following computer systems/applications: Uniform, Idox & MS Teams 
·General job spec can be provided upon request
 
Skills/experience requirements:
·Experience of dealing with complicated H/H applications and other forms of development (telecoms, certificates, prior notifications etc)
·Experience of working in development management for a local planning authority required
·Must have ability to drive & have own vehicle in order to undertake site visits is essential.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £35-39 per hour
