Do you have experience dealing with Larger Planning Applications?
My local authority client based in London is looking to bring in an experienced Planner that can hit the ground running.
You will be required to work both individually and as part of a team to continue the high level of service that the local authority operate to currently.
 
On offer is an hourly rate up to £40/h depending on experience.
For a duration of 3 months with the possibility of extension.
This role has been deemed inside IR35.
Hybrid working available.
 
My client is looking for someone who is available to start fairly quickly.
