Job Title: Associate Director (Planning)
Location: Nottingham

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Are you ready to take on a leadership role in Town Planning? As an Associate Director, you will work semi-independently under the guidance of other Directors. You will lead projects across both development management and development plan/policy work.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing planning applications of all sizes, handling planning appeals, representing clients in Local Plan submissions, promoting sites, participating in Local Plan Examinations, and engaging in public inquiry work.
With your strong stakeholder management skills, you'll have extensive client interaction and the chance to attend networking events to expand your professional network and elevate the company's profile. We are looking for a self-driven individual who is enthusiastic about building their own client base and contributing significantly to the business's growth. Additionally, you'll assist Directors with the daily management of the office and mentor junior planners within the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
·Town Planners with 8-10 years of professional experience, whether in the private or public sector.
·Candidates should possess a postgraduate qualification in Planning and be chartered members of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
·A full driving license is required.
