Senior Town Planner

Location: Wokingham

Salary: £40,000+

Carrington West are currently working with a large well established, reputable planning consultancy who are looking for a senior or principal planner to join their growing team in wokingham on a hybrid basis. You will be working across a whole range of projects including residential, commercial, retail, developments and more!

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be Chartered with at least 3 years of experience within the private sector. You will lead projects, interact with clients, and support business development with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
1.Oversee planning projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2.Develop and maintain client relationships, offering expert advice.
3.Keep up-to-date with planning policies to ensure project success.
4.Work with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:
1.Chartered Member of the RTPI.
2.3-5 years of post-chartered experience.
3.Strong project management skills within a consultancy environment.
4.Excellent knowledge of planning policies and regulations.
