Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Location: Kent
About the Role:
I am working with a reputable estate agent in Kent who are seeking a motivated Town Planner to join their internal consultancy team. You will provide expert planning advice and support on diverse projects, helping clients navigate the planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
·Assist with planning applications and submissions.
·Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
·Prepare planning reports and documents.
·Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
·Support senior planners with research and policy analysis.
·Attend site visits and client meetings.
About You:
·Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
·Membership or working towards membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
·Experience in planning, within a consultancy or local authority.
·Understanding of the UK planning system.
·Strong report writing and analytical skills.
·Effective communication skills.
·Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
