We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing planning consultancy based in the capital city. Working all different sectors and having the support to push everyone within the company to their full potential. Looking for a Senior Planner to come in and add their qualities to the company as well as learn and become the best Senior Planner they can be.
 
Roles & Responsibilities -
·Understanding strategic site assessments across a broad range of rural business and residential projects
·Communicating with clients to understand objectives and confidently advising on appropriate strategies
·Providing detailed advice including recommendations, proposals and terms of engagement
·Working on the preparation and submission of supporting documents
·Being responsible for managing the delivery of planning projects on budget and within set deadlines
·Representing clients at planning committee, public meetings and appeals
·Keeping up to date with the latest legislative and policy developments and updating other members of the team  
·Technical support and mentoring other members of the team
 
Requirements-
·3-5 years' experience within town planning
·Chartered RTPI member or willing to work towards
·Ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadline
·mentor junior members of staff
