About the Role

We are looking to attract a versatile and capable individual, with experience of managing ICT systems and processes within a local government setting. Reporting directly to the Head of Development Management, the post holder will lead on ICT systems and development projects within Regulatory Services.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills and a track record of successfully working both independently and collaboratively. Experience of working with the following programmes would be highly desirable: Uniform, Enterprise, IDOX DMS, Exacom, VuCity, Nitro Pro.

Management skills will also be essential, as the post holder will head a small team responsible for providing the following functions of the Council: Land Charges, Community Infrastructure Levy & S106 Monitoring, Street Name and Numbering and the maintenance of the Local Land and Property Gazetteer. The role will provide leadership and direction to the officers providing these services.

You will be ambitious for new opportunities and want to work as part of dynamic and friendly team to meet the Borough’s growth ambitions. This role is key for the delivery of the Council’s strategic corporate priorities.
