Open Roles:

Planner: As a chartered Town Planner, you will play an active role in delivering key projects, conducting research, analysis, and report writing, while working closely with senior planners and project managers to ensure project success.

Senior Planner: For experienced planners who thrive in a leadership role. You'll lead planning projects, provide expert advice, and play a key role in business development, all while making a real impact on communities.

Associate: As a senior member of the team, you’ll oversee large-scale projects and manage teams, using your expertise to solve complex planning challenges and contribute to the growth of the business.

Associate Director: A strategic leadership role, where you will oversee high-quality project delivery, help to mentor and develop your team, and play a key role in business strategy and growth while fostering strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for creating sustainable and vibrant communities through a plan-led approach.

Knowledge of preparing development plans, ideally with experience working for the public sector.

Strong communication skills, political acumen, and a commercial mindset.

Ability to manage projects efficiently, work independently, and be a collaborative team player.

Ideally RTPI chartered status.

Enthusiasm, flexibility, and the drive to deliver high-quality work.
