Complex Repairs Delivery Manager

Our client is a Local Authority based in the West London requires a Complex Repairs Delivery Manager to join them for a contract role. .

Reporting to the Head of Repairs and Maintenance you will manage a Team of Complex Repairs Surveyors, Complex Repairs Case Officers and a Complex Repair Paralegal.

As a Repairs Team Supervisor you will manage a team of trade staff delivering high volume responsive repair works end to end from inception to completion. You will be expected to lead a high profile operation responsible for delivering resolution to complex repairs, disrepair cases and those where damp and mould may be an issue, ensuring high performance standards and delivery of the council's aids and adaptations programmes enabling residents to stay in their homes wherever possible.

The team deals with a high volume of responsive repairs requests and you can expect to be working in a fast paced, often quite pressurised environment so you will need excellent organisation skills.

You will need an excellent knowledge of building repairs and demonstrate expertise in construction and maintenance within a social housing environment, including Housing Disrepair protocols. You must also have a strong understanding of CDM Regulations and experience with NHF Schedule of Rates, and proven accountability for managing health and safety at a senior level.

The role will initially be offered for 3 months but could be extended beyond this. Our client is offering £500/day (umbrella), this role is inside IR35.
