·Assist in the management of high-profile planning applications related to CIL, meeting deadlines and corporate objectives.
·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant planning legislation, particularly relating to CIL and S106 agreements.
·Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including internal colleagues, external consultants, and the local community.
Essential Experience:
·Educated to degree level, ideally with or working towards a recognised planning qualification.
·At least one year of experience working within the planning or development sector.
·Proficiency in IT, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and data management software (e.g., Tascomi, Exacom).
·Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

·Strong attention to detail, particularly with technical aspects of planning processes and documentation.
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
·Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage own workload and support others.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
·Professionalism in working with senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
·A team-oriented approach, while maintaining the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desirable:
·Experience in the administration of CIL, S106, or similar development-related financial instruments.
