Job Advert: Senior Town Planner
Location: Cheshire
Hybrid Working (Office & Remote)
Salary: £45,000 (subject to review after 6 months)

As a Senior Town Planner, you will:
·Manage and deliver complex planning applications and appeals.
·Provide expert advice to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
·Work collaboratively on a diverse range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
·Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
·Ensure compliance with all relevant planning policies, regulations, and statutory requirements.
 
What We're Looking For
·Proven experience as a Town Planner, with a strong track record of managing projects to successful outcomes.
·Chartered Membership of the RTPI (or eligibility to apply).
·In-depth knowledge of UK planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
