Excellent opportunity to secure a minimum 6 month contract offering a market leading rate of £45-£55/hr.

As Planning Obligations Monitoring Officer you will provide senior level scrutiny and accountability to the monitoring, collection and spend of developer obligations and contributions ensuring the council's planning functions are positioned in a customer focused and solutions led way creating the right conditions for accelerating high-quality
development.

You will play a key role in the administration of the Council's S106 policy, ensuring efficient systems are in place to deal with the invoicing and payment of planning obligations. You will validate forms, determine agreed liability and you will monitor spend and partake in enforcement where necessary.

We are looking for a very accomplished Officer who has extensive knowledge of CIL and S106 and can demonstrate previous experience in a similar Local Authority based role. Your knowledge of the regulations will need to be fully up to date and you will need excellent planning and IT skills.

Out client is based in Wiltshire and will offer hybrid working.
