Overview of the role
CIL/S106 Officer to manage the administration, monitoring, and enforcement of CIL and S106 agreements.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the administration, monitoring, and enforcement of CIL and Section 106 agreements.
- Ensure timely collection and allocation of funds to meet planning obligations and strategic objectives.
- Maintain compliance with regulations, accurate record-keeping, and respond to information requests.
- Prepare detailed reports, including projections of income and expenditures, and submit statutory returns.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate expertise in relevant systems like Exacom and Uniform.
